This continued discussion will review invasive fungal infections of dogs and cat (other than blastomycosis). This includes histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, coccidioidomycosis, and invasive mold infections such aspergillosis. Common clinical findings and the most recent recommendations for diagnosis, treatment, and treatment monitoring will be discussed. Diagnosis discussion will include emphasis on non-invasive biomarkers.
