Here we aim to introduce concepts in cancer biology and clinical decision making. THere will be particular emphasis on staging and pre surgical diagnostics along with surgical planning/dosing and variations in fascial planes. We will frame this discussion around two of the more common tumors seen in veterinary medicine, mast cell tumors (MCT) and soft tissue tumors (STS).
