Dental imaging is essential to making appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans. We will review how intraoral dental radiography compares to Cone Beam CT imaging and how those modalities can assist us in cases of dental disease and oral neoplasia as well as with non-oral maxillofacial neoplasia and pathology.
