Dr. Emmy Ferrell is a board certified shelter veterinarian with a masters in veterinary forensics. She is a graduate of the University of Florida (go Gators!) and has been practicing shelter medicine for almost nine years where she has mentored numerous shelter medicine interns and one ABVP resident. She is currently the managing veterinarian of a high volume feral cat spay/neuter clinic in Portland, Oregon, called Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon.
