Research performed by shelter medicine practitioners is critical in advancing the field and sharing novel approaches to the challenges we are facing. This session will review two or three current research studies presented by practitioners in the field and academia.  Learning objectives:  Attendees will   1. Learn about new research studies being performed in the field  2. Engage in active inquiry of the researchers to better understand both content and study design  3. Appreciate how they might perform research in their own work settings to contribute to the field
