Date & Time
Tuesday, September 1, 2026, 3:50 PM - 4:50 PM
Description
Disorders of the urogenital system are very common in rabbits. Management of these diseases can be challenging secondary to the rabbit’s unique urogenital anatomy and calcium metabolism. This masterclass will provide an overview of the most common disease processes: fertility, neoplasia, dystocia, infectious disease, hypercalciuria, urolithiasis, renal failure, and urinary incontinence. The goal of this masterclass is to provide insight into management of urogenital disease and current medical updates. This class will be a helpful review for those preparing for the ABVP exotic companion mammal examination and informative for both the general practitioner and referral level providers.
