This is the 2026 installment of a lecture series started in 2021 to distill and summarize important known, newly characterized, or emerging diseases in free-ranging and captive herpetofauna for the exotics/zoo clinician. The focus of this lecture will include discussion of rhabditid parasites in reptiles and amphibians, Helicobacter infections in reptiles, and mycobacteriosis in reptiles and amphibians.
