Michaela is currently a resident at the Companion Exotic Animal Medicine and Surgery Service at UC
Davis. She is originally from New York City and attended veterinary school at UC Davis. She
completed a small animal rotating internship at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, followed by a
ZCA specialty internship at UW-Madison. Her veterinary interests include small mammal medicine,
reptile medicine, and soft tissue surgery.
