Dr. Lynch is a passionate advocate for the human–animal bond and a lifelong learner committed to advancing ethical, welfare-centered Animal-Assisted Interventions. With a background in animal behavior and neurobiology, combined with hands-on experience in veterinary practice with avian and exotic species, she bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the evaluation and support of therapy animal teams.

Dr. Lynch currently serve as an Evaluator and National Program Educator for Pet Partners, an international organization that registers nine species for animal-assisted work. In this role, she has spent years traveling nationally and delivering online education to recruit, train, and mentor the next generation of Evaluators. She has also had the privilege of producing and presenting webinars on Animal-Assisted Therapy for internal professional audiences and veterinary colleges.
