Call for Abstracts Now Closed
We look forward to welcoming our exotic companion mammal and reptile and amphibian veterinary colleagues to Seattle, Washington in August 2025. This call for abstract submissions is open to veterinarians, veterinary residents, veterinary technicians and veterinary students. We look forward to your contribution to our conference and our profession!
The submission deadline is December 09, 2024, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
We will accept proposals for review in the following categories:
• Lecture (25 minutes)
• Masterclass (1-hour)
• Masterclass (2-hour)
• Hands-On Workshop (2-hour)
• Hands-On Workshop (4-hour)
• Hands-On Workshop (8-hour)
• Poster
No extensions to deadlines will be made this year.
Submission Guidelines
The following information is provided to assist you through the submission process. You should be prepared to answer the following questions for EACH abstract you submit. Please review carefully.
**We do not consider co-authors to be co-presenters in Seattle. Also, please understand the person who submits the abstract is considered to be the presenter in Seattle. If you do not plan to present in Seattle, do not submit the abstract. Instead, please ask the individual who will be presenting to submit the abstract.**
SUBMISSION TITLE:
Should be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the abstract. Please refrain from using special characters in the title. Please submit using title case. Read more here.
Example of title case:
I-STAT & Lactate Values in Radiated Tortoise (Astrochelys radiata) for Confiscations & Re-Wilding
DESCRIPTION:
Proposals are limited to 250 words. Carefully check the proof of your proposal. Make certain any special characters and formatting are displayed properly in your proof. Ensure that your submission does not contain spelling, grammar, or scientific errors as it will be used in the review process to choose the program for the conference, reproduced, and published. Include: Presentation purpose, Practical application, and Protocol. This description is not intended to serve as your proceedings paper.
