This is something I speak to other techs, tech students, and even doctors about. Mental wellness has become a huge topic of discussion for our field in recent years yet no one is really preparing us for setting boundaries and protecting ourselves from negativity whether it come from bosses, colleagues, or clients. As medical professionals we discuss quality of life in regard to our patients but no one teaches us about our own quality of life.
