Description
Dermatological diseases are a common presentation of rabbits to their primary care veterinarian, accounting for about 25% of cases. This masterclass will discuss the common and less common ectoparasites and different pharmacological agents to manage them in a general practice setting. Additionally, infectious agents such as dermatophytosis, myxomatosis, Shope Papilloma virus and Shope fibroma will be discussed. The masterclass ends with a review of ulcerative pododermatitis and methods of managing it in practice.
