Emily McCobb is Professor of Clinical Accessible Veterinary Care and holds the
PetSmart Charities endowed chair in Accessible Veterinary Care at the University of
California at Davis. She is a boarded veterinary anesthesiologist with a special interest
in spay neuter and community medicine. Prior to moving to California she was the
director of the Shelter Medicine Program at Tufts Cummings School and Assistant
Director of the Tufts Center for Animals and Public Policy.
