Dr. Lisa Rodriguez is the Director of Veterinary Mentorship at Operation Kindness near Dallas TX, where she teaches high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter to small animal practitioners. She is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, holds a Master's of Public Health from University of Minnesota, and is a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Shelter Medicine Practice. Dr. Rodriguez's focuses include providing access to care to underserved areas and veterinary deserts along the Mexican border, as well as teaching the future veterinarians that will serve those areas.
