Laboratory techniques are considerably different for fish than mammals due to certain aspects of their anatomy and physiology such as temperature and living in water. Attendees will be introduced to commonly used terminology (such as special cell lines used) and techniques used for testing fish populations with an emphasis on testing for certification to move groups of fish.
