A commonly seen disease seen in Leopard Geckos (Eublepharis macularius), Hypovitaminosis A can present in many clinical settings. This case report breaks down the actual diagnostic confirmation, clinical treatment, and clinical monitoring of three individuals presenting for clinical signs consistent with hypovitaminosis A. The use of UPLC/MS for plasma retinol diagnosis, surgical removal of cellular debris of the eyes, in addition to pharmacokinetically monitoring the levels of retinal throughout clinical treatment were performed.
