This masterclass will provide an overview on chinchillas as patients. Provide relevant information on clinical techniques such as manual restraint, chemical restraint, blood collection, diagnostic imaging, supportive care and drug therapy. Furthermore, common disorders including dental disease, GI disease, and bacterial infections amongst others will be discussed in detail and clinically relevant information on the management of these disease conditions shared with the attendees.
