This lecture will review basic rabbit anatomy and physiology that is affected by RGIS, how to properly take a history and triage cases coming into the veterinary hospital, causes of RGIS, diagnostics, treatments including hospitalization, prognosis and how the veterinary technician can be involved in each of these steps to use their skills and assist the veterinarian, as well how to be involved in client education.
