- a Seattle-based Canadian-American veterinarian, licensed in over a dozen States and Provinces,
and over 35 years of practicing exclusively in fish medicine, with a Bachelors and Masters of
Science in aquatic biology and ecology and interests in epidemiology and vaccinology. Varied career
experiences include: corporate fish farms; corporate animal pharmaceutical companies; private
practice (owned two practices and has sold one of them). Co-founded American Association of Fish
Veterinarians. Founding member of the American Association of Fish Veterinarians Aquatic Veterinary
Medicine Committee. Board member of the Pacific Aquaculture Alliance.
