Dr. Rae Porter-Blackwell is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences veterinary college and went on to complete a rotating internship at BluePearl Irvine, an exotics specialty internship at the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital, and an Exotic Companion Mammal residency at the Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic of Indianapolis. Dr. Porter-Blackwell now works as an associate veterinarian in Washington and is currently working on her ABVP credentialing for Exotic Companion Mammals.
