Dr. Doss completed his DVM at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and a zoological medicine
residency at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, the Milwaukee County Zoo, and
the International Crane Foundation. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Zoological
Medicine at UW and his research interests include sedation, anesthesia, analgesia and imaging of
zoological companion animals.
