Dr. Latney completed a residency at PennVet, and taught clinical avian, small mammal, and reptile medicine courses for 11 years. She tackles patient care using an integrated evidence-based approach for all species. She is the ARAV President, and is boarded in Zoo Health Management (ECZM), Reptile and Amphibian Medicine (ABVP), and is a Certified Aquatic Veterinarian.

He and his wife, Dr. Diane Deresienski, live in North Carolina.
