Dr. Latney is a senior clinician at the Animal Medical Center, the world's largest non-profit specialty hospital. Dr. Latney completed a residency at PennVet, and taught clinical avian, small mammal, and reptile medicine courses for 11 years. She tackles patient care using an integrated evidence-based approach for all species. She is the ARAV President, and is boarded in Zoo Health Management (ECZM), Reptile and Amphibian Medicine (ABVP), and is a Certified Aquatic Veterinarian.

Stacey Leonatti Wilkinson is a 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee. She is the owner of the exotics-exclusive private practice Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital of Georgia. She is a diplomate of the ABVP in Reptile and Amphibian Practice and an adjunct assistant professor at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been published in scientific and non-scientific journals, written multiple textbook chapters, and lectures nationally on exotic animal medicine.

Greg worked for a large wholesaler of ornamental fishes before joining the faculty at the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993, where he is Professor of Aquatic, Wildlife, and Zoological Medicine. He is a diplomate of the American and European Colleges of Zoological Medicine and has authored over 200 scientific articles, 30 book chapters, and edited or co-edited six veterinary textbooks. He and his wife, Dr. Diane Deresienski, live in North Carolina.

Published in journals and books and is involved in a research projects through The University of Queensland, Murdoch University and the CSIRO.
